Allison Stewart, Career Counselor

I am often asked, ‘How did you get into recruiting?’ Good question. I sort of fell into it like most recruiters I imagine. It’s not one of those typical professions you think about when you’re young! I graduated with a degree in psychology, so I knew I had to do something that involved working with people. I began my career working in the human resources department of a mortgage company and learned the ins and outs of the recruiting function. After delivering my first offer, I was hooked. I have been connecting talent with opportunity in a variety of industries ever since. I feel very lucky and privileged to be able to make such a positive impact on so many people’s lives.
