I have 13 years of recruiting experience in both corporate and agency environments. Through my extensive staffing experience, I gained an understanding of the ever-changing and competitive landscape that job seekers face today, especially recent college graduates. Employers receive hundreds of applications for each job opening. Thus, it is critical candidates stand out. However, as a new grad or someone early in their career still navigating the corporate world, it can be overwhelming to take that first step toward finding your dream job.
Throughout my coaching experience, I discovered an unmet need for career coaching specifically for individuals just starting out in their careers. Colleges do their best to prepare students for seeking employment upon graduation. However, with tens-of-thousands of students graduating every year, there simply aren’t enough resources to provide the individualized attention and guidance new graduates need. Furthermore, colleges aren’t preparing people for making future job changes.
I find immense enjoyment and fulfillment in helping early career professionals jump start their careers and watching them develop into successful members of the community. For me, career coaching is not just a job – it is a calling. I truly believe helping people navigate the career transition process is my purpose on this earth, and I am excited to share my knowledge and experiences to help you find your calling!
I currently live in Dallas, TX with my husband, two kitties, and puppy. Outside of work, I am passionate about family, travel, music, health & fitness, and essential oils.
